Background: The occurrence of discoid lupus erythematosus in children is uncommon. global prevalence childhood-onset SLE (cSLE) varies between 3.3 and 8.8 cases per 100,000 children. objective this article was to present a case DLE child, aiming establish diagnosis, provide suitable management, consider the potential risk developing SLE.
